The Enrollment Management Marketing team is offering their services to the larger University community in an effort to advance our market position, align our academic value proposition, and synchronize the overall recruitment effort across our nine schools and colleges. 

The fees listed below will be charged to the department for any work outside of the scope of work as defined by our standard Admission Cycle strategies. All work will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before projects begin. Note, services rendered do not guaranteee outcomes regarding class size for future terms.

Memorandum of Understanding

Once again, any work outside of the scope of work as defined by our standard Admission Cycle strategies will be done for a fee. Strategies for an admission cycle include work for all populations—encompassing Fall and Spring first-year and transfer undergraduate students. Stages of the cycle begin with High School inquiry at the sophomore through junior level, application generation targeting domestic and international high school seniors, yield for admitted students, and anti-melt from May 1 through the summer (or fall for Spring starts). All cycles consist of email sequences, social campaigns, events (in-person and virtual), how-to videos, video spotlights, blog posts, print materials for the Enrollment Management teams, and management of third-party engagement platforms (YouVisit, Scoir, etc.). 

School and college specific content is included in all phases of the cycle.
